We ended up having to pay extra to be put in a deluxe room because the standard one was unclean, the A/C was leaking and the sheets were yellow. The deluxe room was a lot nicer.

Bedding did not look clean funny grey color, not enough pillows. I ate at the restaurant twice, - dinner and breakfast - edible but that is about all. The whole place is really tired.

Didn't want breakfast dining room not very inviting

Fridge in room very noisy, we complained but they said it was OK we just turned it off at night to watch TV and to sleep

the room was v large 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry etc

The hotel rooms need deep clean - has kitchen but not dishcloth to wipe table / benches, no tea towel to dry dishes. See photo showing the amount of dust in the bedside cabinet show in had not be cleaned in months! Found the kids cuddly lying in the dust. 3/4 of the family where sick strongly suggest this was from environment. Also swimming pool was in one word disgusting! one morning we arrived to find 'scum' on the top of the pool but visually clear that not water treatment was happening and if so it was blocked or dysfunctional.

Despite the negative circumstances outside their control, reception staff were kind and friendly. Credit cards are accepted with a surcharge for payment.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with Hexagon Hotel. I had booked and paid for three nights however left after one night an moved to another hotel at an additional expense to me due to my poor experience. Upon arrival I would have found alternative accommodation immediately however it was too late in the evening by this stage and most places were fully booked. I had arranged an airport pick up with my arrival details, which had been confirmed by the hotel. Despite calling the property to ask them to send the car three times from the airport, they made me wait at the airport for over 45 min before a driver arrived. I was then told by the driver I would need to wait an additional 20 min for other passengers also needing pick up. After 30 min of waiting for non existent passengers, we finally left. Before booking the property I called them to find out if internet access was available as it was a non negotiable requirement for me to do my work. I was told that I would be able to purchase 24 hour internet access for an additional cost of $30. I was happy with this as internet access was vital for me to do my work on arrival. When I arrived I was informed that they had no access cards left a part from one, one hour card. I asked if there were any other options and I was told no and they would get new cards the following day. They were not able to tell me when these cards would be available the following day. I explained that I had rung and could not stay here without internet access and asked for a potential work around. After talking with management and being constantly told it was not possible for over an hour, upon my suggestion they called a sister hotel and found a card. It took an hour of conversation to find a simple resolution to the problem. Management was very rude to me about the whole process. By the time this process was finished with over a 2.5 hour delay on getting from the airport to check in it was after 9:30pm.

This place does not have free wifi. So false advertising. The rooms are run down, very dirty, the facility are not up to the standard. Not recommended to anyone.

The room conditions the lack of free wifi even when they said there will be. TV and AC not working

In my first room the fan, air conditioner & TV remote didn't work and the room light was pathetic. After the 1st night I moved, but the room shouldn't have been given to me at all.

NO recommendation for this hotel AT ALL

We liked NOTHING about this property.

DON'T GO THERE. It really is 100% under par. First of all our check in was a disaster. We booked weeks before our trip and had asked for a ground floor room due to our elderly status. We received a message saying yes they could provide this so on arrival we expected that this had been recorded and the room would be ready. IT was NOT and they had no knowledge of our request. Several other guest lots arrived after us and were issued rooms quite quickly but we were made to wait and wait and wait. I understand that they may have housekeeping issues and are short staffed but the least they could have done was serve us in order of arrival and get the housekeeper to stop doing the upstairs rooms and come down to get our ground floor room ready. This did not happen.. We were kept waiting for this long time. As elderly people this was totally unacceptable to us.There was no cool drink offered , I had to ask for something in the end and they finally provided glasses of water. Eventually upon arriving at our room we found it a dark, dirty room around the back of the hotel, We found old food containers left in the small mouldy fridge. The freezer compartment was completely broken, the roof fan switch was missing and we could only turn it on and off with pliers we had in our bag. The bed sheets were disgusting with many dirty stains and marks, we wondered if they had even been replaced for new guests. Upon using the bath towel I FOUND BROWN AND YELLOW STAINS AND MARKS ALSO AND RETURNED IT TO RECEPTION FOR A REPLACEMENT which was given reluctantly and took so long to arrive at our door. The window curtains were off the runners , the toilet was dirty, the bedside lamps were a JOKE. Broken and brittle and very unsightly. AND THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THEIR DELUXE rooms. Nearly everything about this hotel was disgusting to us and sorry but we could not recommend it to anyone. Their online pictures are also deceiving , It is not at all like the pictures.

The staff were both friendly and courteous.

The pillows need throwing out!! Our room was a long way from reception and we were only staying 12 hrs. The place was not at all full or busy but we had to trundle heavy suitcases a long distance and upstairs also.

We had a problem with our room, leaking airconditioner and noisy toilet cistern. When I shared my concerns, they promptly helped and then also changed our room to ensure our safety and comfort.

Great location!

Let down by the basics - 2 bedroom with a double bed and two singles. So logically, 4 towels - nope only 3. No toilet paper in the second bathroom. Tissues not replaced. No aircon in the main room. TV so old we wondered if it was only black and white. The double bed felt like it had seen a lot of action over the years!

Overall it was okay, I liked the hotel but I wouldn’t see myself there again in the near future.

I loved the staffs that were serving dinner. The fijian lady was so nice.

The process of checking in. It took forever. My first experience with a hotel that took so long to get us checked in, which was unlikely with other hotels. Also, the room didn’t have any spare towels, toilet papers and reception was of no use calling them so we had walk to them every now and then.
